Enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, may contain 2% or less of each of the following: salt, soybean oil, yeast, vital wheat gluten, sugar, dough conditioners (malt, sodium stearoyl lactylate (SSL), calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid, l-cysteine, enzymes), degerminated yellow cornmeal, calcium propionate and/or vinegar (to retard spoilage).
